Meet Our Founder

Hi I’m Beth and I founded Prfrm Pilates to help empower individuals to move in a way that feels achievable. 

Pilates is a form of movement which has bought me so much peace and connection with my body, building strength, stability, mobility and flexibility. I am really passionate about sharing the power of Pilates through my teaching. 

As your instructor I will bring years of experience and passion to every session. Whether in group classes or personalised 1:1 sessions, Prfrm Pilates ensure a welcoming, bespoke approach to support your individual goals.

Mat Sculpt

The Mat Sculpt Pilates class offers an invigorating intermediate-level workout designed for those looking to elevate their practice. With a faster-paced flow, participants are guided through a dynamic series of exercises that incorporate weights to enhance strength and power. This class challenges your core stability and muscular endurance, pushing you to redefine your limits while maintaining the precision that Pilates is renowned for. Expect to engage deeply with each movement, fostering both physical and mental resilience as you sculpt and tone your body.

1:1 Private Session

 Experience the transformative benefits of 1:1 private Mat Pilates sessions, designed to provide individualised attention and personalised guidance for your unique needs. These tailored sessions focus on addressing specific issues, whether it’s improving core strength, enhancing flexibility, or rehabilitating an injury.
